Who are we?
Intrusted Pension Services Ltd (IPS) is a rapidly growing pension administration and trustee services business which was formed in April 2020 by Premal Prajapati, Mark Smith and joined shortly after by James Tapley as Administration Manager and Operations Director. The three directors have many years of experience in dealing with both Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS) and Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP) and have all spent a large part of their working history with one of the UK’s biggest SIPP & SSAS providers, of which Mark was a founding director and held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Between them, they have over sixty years combined experience in the SSAS administration and trusteeship profession.
IPS has a growing national presence with clients based all across the United Kingdom ranging from Northern Ireland through to Cornwall and the Southeast.

Why we formed
IPS was formed purely for the purpose of providing exceptional SSAS administration and trustee services direct to clients, their IFAs and accountants. IPS do not provide advice in any capacity and are not regulated to do so. They recommend clients to obtain financial and tax advice in conjunction with their services where appropriate. IPS are dedicated to maintaining close relationships with clients while being fully respectful and committed to working towards enhancing their existing relationships with their advisor, working in synergy to achieve the best result for the client.
How do we do it?
The offering of their SSAS administration and trustee services are predominantly distributed through regulated financial advisers to suitable clients. IPS is an independent business and does not have any conflicts by way of influences or ownership by external parties such as insurance companies, fund managers or banks. IPS currently administer over two hundred and fifty SSAS schemes with assets under administration in excess of £150m.

Acquisition of Channack Pension Trustees Ltd.
Moved to new offices.
First intake into our Apprenticeship training scheme.
